Tonya has over 20 years of elementary and early childhood education. She studied art education and hold a BA in the field. She taught in a traditional art education classroom as well as in many enrichment programs. For the passed 13 years Tonya as turned her focus to yoga education and has been teaching preschool yoga for much of that time.
Tonya is available to teach at your school, preschool, or daycare. And look out for updates for parent and child classes as well.
Tonya is also available to teach Yoga Ed Tools for Teachers workshops for classroom teachers, as well as the comprehensive in school yoga curriculum for the students.Yoga Ed Tools for Teachers provides teachers with information and techniques on adding yoga in the classroom. Yoga Ed can help students improve concentration, deal with stress, and develop skills use that can be used for a life time.
